Sub-Project 2: Lining Innovations to Enhance Market Uptake
This sub-project is split into two parts: water and wastewater. Most of the key work undertaken in Sub-Project 2 is the testing of products. The testing results will inform the testing requirements in the Product Standards, and Decision Tools (refer sub-project 1 above). For an update on the testing's progress and findings please refer to the Technology Workshop Presentations. As testing progresses a number of fact sheets will be produced and made available here.
Sub-Project 2A (Water): CIPP and Spray Lining
This sub-project is run by Monash University.
Sub-Project 2B (Watewater): CACs and Geopolymers
This sub-project is run by the University of Sydney.
Sub-Project 3: Smart Sensing and Application
This sub-project involves the development of sensors to assist in quality assurance of installed liners for both water and wastewater. The development includes the physical sensors, data processing algorythms and user interface software. This sub-project is run by the University of Technology Sydney. For an update on the progress and findings to date please refer to the Technology Workshop Presentations.
